The US–Australia engineering bridge

Australia's top 1%.
Built into U.S. teams.

We are the premier headhunting conduit for fast-growing U.S. technology companies looking to tap into world-class Australian engineering elite — leveraging the E-3, a work visa available exclusively to Australian citizens. Faster, cheaper, and far less contested than H-1B.

We help U.S. teams identify, hire, and integrate the engineers who are notoriously invisible to standard hiring methods. For immigration and relocation matters, we connect you with trusted specialist partners.

The process

Four deliberate steps. No noise.

01

Map the role

Translate the technical bar, team shape, and visa context into a sourcing brief sharp enough to find one person — not a hundred resumes.

02

Surface from the depth

Work warm networks across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane to surface engineers who aren't on the open market.

03

Calibrate and vet

Technical calibration, motivation interviews, references — plus an honest read on whether the U.S. move is right for them.

04

E-3 and close

Once the right person is found, we connect the employer and candidate with trusted immigration counsel for the E-3 petition. We stay close to the search until start date — but we never act as migration agents.

FAQ

Common questions, answered straight.

Who qualifies for an E-3 visa?+

Australian citizens taking up a U.S. role classified as a 'specialty occupation' — typically requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Most engineering roles qualify.

How does it compare to H-1B?+

Lower government filing fees, no annual lottery, shorter petition timeline, and a dedicated annual quota that rarely fills. The trade-off: it's renewable but not a direct path to a green card — though many holders later transition.

Does the U.S. employer have to be E-3-experienced?+

No. Many of our placements are the company's first E-3. We have trusted expert contacts we can refer you to.

What about my spouse and kids?+

Spouses qualify for an E-3D dependent visa and can work in the U.S. without restriction. Children under 21 join under the same E-3D classification.
